MatrixWorks
Case Study · Full Custom Build
A group facilitation practice's site, built to make a living systems approach easy to step into.
MatrixWorks, founded in 1999 by Certified Hakomi Trainer Mukara Meredith, MSW, helps leaders, facilitators, and organizations work with groups as living systems — drawing on neuroscience, systems thinking, and mindfulness. The site needed to bring retreats, trainings, corporate leadership work, and Mukara's book together under one clear story.
The Challenge
MatrixWorks’ work spans a lot of ground — multi-day retreats, advanced facilitator trainings, organizational leadership consulting for corporate clients including Google and Procter & Gamble, an international faculty, and a published book. That depth needed to feel coherent rather than scattered, and the site had to speak credibly to corporate buyers and personal-growth seekers at the same time.
The Approach
PowerUp organized the site around the MatrixWorks model itself — a clear introduction to working with groups as living systems up front, then distinct paths into retreats and trainings, organizational leadership, and Mukara’s book. Event listings with online registration, a complimentary video training, and a mailing list signup were built in to move visitors from first interest to enrollment.
